On inspection visits, the inspector works, as far as possible, in a way which does not disturb the customers or the normal operation of the restaurant. The inspector introduces himself or herself to the responsible manager by showing his or her civil service card. The responsible manager and the rest of the staff must cooperate well with the inspector.
